**Position: Quality Executive**

**Qualification: MHA / PG**

**Experience: 1- 3 Years**

Develop, Implement and maintain compliance to the policies, procedures and quality management system as detailed in the Quality manual and Hospital Wide Policy and Procedures.

Implement and maintain new and/or revised Policy and Procedure.

To ensure the effective documentation system and control procedure.

National and International Accreditation Standards.

Ensure all departmental personnel have received the required training and skills require for performing their job.

Training of staff on Quality Assurance Programme and laid down National and International Standards.

In consultation with other management, develop and implement any additional quality control & improvement measures as required to meet specific patient requirements.

To review the compliance with Legal and Statutory requirements and update the concerned personnel to comply with the same successfully deliver all commitments decided to ensure effective Quality Management System.

Develop evaluation systems to monitor the quality of health care given to patients through various audits & assessment and to ensure that Corrective and Preventive Actions are taken.

To review and analyse the quality and safety indicators for the Continual Quality improvement.

Represent the departmental and hospital wide performance on National and International Accreditation Standards to the board of directors for the continuous quality improvement.

Consult with boards of directors, Head of the Department, Managers and Senior Managers to maintain and establish the system.

To ensure the committee functioning on regular basis in coordination with the committee coordinators.

Develop, implement and maintain appropriate methods to detect and prevent incident, sentinel event reporting.

To ensure that Root Cause Analysis are conducted for the incident critical to patient safety and system

Consult with the departmental staff to ensure that there is a satisfactory resolution to quality problems.

To ensure the training are conducted as per the accreditation requirement.

To coordinate with accreditation body to schedule and conduct the assessment for the renewal of the same

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
