Content Creation & Curation:

- Stay abreast of trending stories and social media networks to identify and curate content that resonates with the Chandigarh audience.
- Develop and curate engaging content from diverse sources, such as Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Reddit, and the broader internet.
- Brainstorm and create original article formats and ideas with the potential to go viral.

Editorial & Social Media Management:

- Manage the editorial calendar and oversee the timely broadcast of content.
- Edit, assign, and publish stories adhering to the company's style guide and brand image.
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies across various platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Reddit, etc.).
- Monitor trends to anticipate viral movements and opportunities for engaging content.

Strategy & Analytics:

- Formulate content strategies that align with the brand's objectives and audience engagement goals.
- Analyse data to optimise content, evaluate campaign success, and develop monthly reports for strategy enhancement.

Collaboration & Execution:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, production) to ensure accurate, timely, and innovative content delivery.
- Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Engage in competition research and mapping to remain at the forefront of content trends.

Content Writing & Editing:

- Develop copy for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and advertising campaigns.
- Proofread, edit, and enhance existing content to improve readability and impact.
- Research industry-related topics to create fresh, insightful content.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proven experience in content creation, curation, and social media management.
- Proficient in the use of social media and content management tools.
- Good understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and web traffic metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work under pressure.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Knowledge of graphic design and video editing is a plus.

Educational Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing is preferred.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
