**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, create, and manage engaging content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and website blogs.
- Collaborate with the design and video production team to bring content ideas to life.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm updates, and viral content.
- Develop and manage content calendars, ensuring consistent posting and messaging.
- Participate in outdoor shoots, behind-the-scenes content, and event coverage when required.
- Conduct competitor and audience research to guide content strategy.
- Track content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Engage with the online audience through comments, DMs, and community interaction.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English.
- Creativity in ideation and understanding of platform-specific content formats (Reels, Carousels, Shorts, etc.)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Basic knowledge of graphic tools like Canva or Photoshop is a plus.
- Comfortable with multitasking and meeting tight deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret content performance metrics.
- Flexible with work hours and open to travel for shoots or events as required.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
- 6 months to 3 years of relevant experience in content creation, digital media, or social media marketing.
- Certification in Content Writing, Digital Marketing, or Social Media Management is a bonus.
- Familiarity with content scheduling tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite.
