**Job Title: Internal Auditor - Multi-Location Hotel Group**

**Location**: Bangalore (with travel to Chennai & Trichy)

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Experience**: 3+ years in internal auditing, preferably in the hospitality industry
**Reporting to**: Senior Management / Director of Finance

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform **routine and surprise audits** across all branches to verify inventory, procurement records, and billing accuracy.
- Examine **financial statements, sales reports, purchase records**, and supporting documentation to ensure transparency and compliance.
- Audit **inventory levels** (F&B, housekeeping, front office, engineering supplies) and ensure correct recording and usage.
- Review **vendor bills, staff claims**, and other financial documents for accuracy and policy adherence.
- Identify discrepancies, report variances, and recommend corrective actions.
- Assess the effectiveness of **internal control systems** and propose improvements.
- Ensure adherence to **company policies, accounting standards, and statutory regulations**.
- Prepare and present **detailed audit reports** to senior management.
- Coordinate with department heads to **implement corrective actions** and follow-up audits.
- Maintain confidentiality of audit findings and company data.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in **Accounting, Finance, or related field**. CA Inter / CIA / MBA Finance preferred.
- Minimum **3 years of auditing experience**, preferably in hotels or retail.
- Willingness to **travel regularly** to Chennai and Trichy for branch audits.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and conduct **unannounced audits** with integrity.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software, and audit tools.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
