**About Us**:
Park Avenue Hotels is a chain of business hotels with locations in Chennai, Bangalore, and Trichy. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced **Internal Auditor** to oversee and evaluate our financial and operational processes across all branches.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct monthly audits at each hotel branch, ensuring compliance with financial and operational policies.
- Verify inventory records and perform physical stock checks to prevent discrepancies and losses.
- Review financial transactions, invoices, and accounting records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Evaluate internal controls, identify risks, and recommend improvements for financial and operational efficiency.
- Assess cash handling procedures, revenue collection, and expense management.
- Analyze vendor payments and ensure transparency in procurement processes.
- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, observations, and corrective actions required.
- Coordinate with management and department heads to implement audit recommendations.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Provide insights on cost control measures and revenue optimization.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in auditing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of financial auditing, internal controls, and inventory management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel frequently between hotel branches.
- Strong communication skills and report-writing ability.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive salary based on experience.
- Travel and accommodation reimbursement for branch visits.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
