We are seeking a motivated and skilled E-commerce Executive to manage our online presence across various platforms, optimize listings, and drive sales through targeted ad campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Platform Management**:

- Handle product listings and catalogs on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and others.
- Ensure accurate and optimized product descriptions, images, and pricing for better visibility.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the operations team for stock replenishment.
- **Advertising Campaigns**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns on e-commerce platforms to drive conversions and achieve sales targets.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to enhance ROI.
- Stay updated on platform-specific promotional tools and strategies.
- **Sales & Performance Tracking**:

- Monitor sales metrics and generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Identify trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for growth.
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and improve customer retention.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Collaborate with the customer support team to address online customer queries and reviews.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and positive feedback.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with marketing, design, and operations teams to align e-commerce activities with brand objectives.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Minimum of **2 years of hands-on experience** in e-commerce management and ad campaign execution.
- Strong understanding of listing optimization, keyword usage, and SEO for e-commerce platforms.
- Proven experience in running ad campaigns and achieving measurable results on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and others.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of the cosmetics industry will be an added advantage.
