_We are _seeking _a competent _**Office Clerk **_to perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support our offices. You will undertake a variety of activities in the office ranging from filing and answering the phone to basic bookkeeping._
- **Qualification**:_
- 12th Pass or Any Degree_
- **Roles and Responsibilities**_
- _Maintain files and records_
- _Send or Receive Parcels or Packages_
- _Answer the phone in _the _absence of Office Admin and redirect it to the respective person._
- _Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, printers etc. and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc._
- _Take minutes of meetings and dictations_
- _Assist in office management and organization procedures_
- _Monitor stocks of office supplies (paper clips, stationery etc.) and report when there are shortages_
- _Assist in making travel arrangements and booking venues for conferences and events_
- _Perform other office duties as assigned._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: From ₹7,000.00 per month
