**About The Role**:
We are looking to hire a Mass Media Interns to assist our social media Team and the Marketing team. You will be responsible for managing our company’s social media accounts and growing the brand’s presence. Your understanding of the mass media and go-getter attitude are our main requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the social media and marketing team.
- Brainstorming campaign ideas.
- Posting on various social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Analyzing analytics to gauge the success of campaigns.
- Coordinating with the Social Media Manager and Social Media Specialist for daily operations
- Tracking user engagement and performance on various social media platforms
- Assisting the Marketing department to determine marketing strategies and budget
- Conducting online polls and surveys to ascertain the brand’s reach.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent knowledge of social media and marketing platforms.
- Knowledge of analytical tools.
- Creative mindset.
- Ability to multitask (mass media).
- Ability to work in a team.
- A degree/Certificate/Diploma in Mass Media Communication or a related field.
- Prior experience with marketing or social media.

**Salary**: From ₹4,000.00 per month
