Job Title Incoming Inspection (BIW/General Assembly)

Role Inspection of incoming parts, verification of drawing and maturity, SAP quality module clearance, Reinforced check of critical dimensions, Must be able to lift upto 50Lbs

Age Less than 32

Supervises ?

Co-ordinates with: ONL, Project quality, Body and Assembly

Internal Engineering, Body, ONL, Assembly & Quality department

External Finance & HR department

Purpose of the Role

Inspection of incoming parts, verification of drawing and maturity, SAP quality module clearance, Reinforced check of critical dimensions, Must be able to lift upto 50Lbs

Approve, reject and record inspection information

To adhere the quality maturity of part with the process requirement.

MIS report preparation, SAP Quality clearance

Skill Requirements

Should be good at MS Office.

Knowledge on material handling processes.

Knowledge on drawing and physical part inspection

Ability to restrict the parts with deviations from drawing, physical damages (at supplier end, during transient,etc)

Ability to read and understand supplier documents - English.

Follow safety rules and adherence to safety conditions.

Moderately built physique

Qualification Diploma / Engineer

Experience 3-5 Years in Relevant Profile

Competencies

a) Technical Previous exposure in Automotive industry.

Previous exposure in incoming inspection

Previous exposure in physical dimension verification, drawing verification

b) Behavior Should have good communication skill.

Disciplined, responsible & punctual.

Initiate activities, which motivates self as well as team.

Respect to Seniors and positive approach towards accepting new challenges
