- Plan, organize, and implement developmentally appropriate activities and experiences that promote the holistic development of young children, including activities related to language and literacy, mathematics, science, art, music, and physical education.
- Create a warm, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment where children feel safe, valued, and supported in their learning journey.
- Establish and maintain positive and responsive relationships with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues to support children's social and emotional well-being.
- Observe and assess children's development and learning progress, and use this information to plan and adapt curriculum and instruction to meet individual and group needs.
- Foster children's curiosity, creativity, and independence through hands-on, experiential learning activities and open-ended exploration.
- Integrate technology, multimedia resources, and outdoor experiences into the curriculum to enhance children's learning and engagement.
- Collaborate with other pre-primary teachers and staff to plan and coordinate activities, events, and transitions within the pre-primary program.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to share information about children's progress, achievements, and areas for growth, and to involve them in their child's learning experiences.
- Participate in professional development opportunities, workshops, and training sessions to deepen understanding of early childhood education principles and enhance teaching practice.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- Certification or qualification in early childhood education or pre-primary teaching preferred.
- Previous experience working with young children in a pre-primary or early childhood setting.
- Knowledge of child development theory, early learning standards, and best practices in early childhood education.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with young children.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive and supportive school culture.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
