- **Educational Qualification**_

Must be a graduate in any discipline, preferably with a degree or certification in Education or Early Childhood Development.
- *Phonics Training and Certification:*
- **Teaching Experience**_

Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in pre-primary or kindergarten settings, preferably with exposure to phonics instruction for children aged 3 to 5 years.
- **Knowledge and Skills**_
- Strong command over English language fundamentals, including phonics, letter formation, blending, and spelling rules.
- Ability to implement Jolly Phonics methodology creatively using multi-sensory techniques such as stories, actions, songs, and games to engage young learners.
- Competence in designing and delivering age-appropriate lesson plans that foster literacy, social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Skills to assess and track children's progress in phonics and literacy, adapting teaching strategies to individual learning needs.
- **Personal Attributes**_

Patience, empathy, and a passion for early childhood education. Ability to create a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and participation.
- **Communication and Collaboration**_

Effective communication skills to interact with parents and caregivers, providing regular updates on student progress and guidance on supporting learning at home. Ability to collaborate with fellow educators and staff.
- *Technical Requirements:*

Basic computer proficiency to utilize digital teaching aids and maintain records. Access to necessary technology such as a laptop and reliable internet connection for online teaching or training.

Pay: ₹8,898.69 - ₹28,000.00 per month
