**Job Title**: RO Technician

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, service, and repair RO water purifiers at customer locations.
- Conduct routine maintenance to ensure the proper functioning of the RO system.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.
- Replace filters, membranes, and other components as needed.
- Educate customers on the proper usage and maintenance of RO systems.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls and parts used.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely service delivery.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and company standards during service activities.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an RO Technician or in a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of RO water purifiers, their components, and functionality.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems.
- Familiarity with tools and equipment used in RO system installation and repair.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer locations.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- ITI/Diploma in a relevant technical field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Prior experience in the water purifier service industry.
- Multilingual skills will be an added advantage.
