**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, service, and maintain RO water purification systems at customer locations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to RO systems and provide effective solutions.
- Replace filters, membranes, and other components as required.
- Ensure routine maintenance is performed on all RO systems.
- Conduct water quality testing and system performance analysis.
- Respond promptly to service calls and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding system operation and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an RO Technician or in a related water treatment field.
- Strong knowledge of RO system components and their functions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair water filtration systems.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems related to RO machines.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler license and own a two-wheeler for local travel.

**Skills**:

- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills for interacting with customers.
