**Job Title**: Officer - Production
**Location**: Nandesari, Vadodara, Gujarat
**Experience**: 2 to 5 years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor day-to-day plant operations and ensure smooth functioning of chemical production lines.
- Maintain process parameters and ensure adherence to SOPs and safety standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams for production planning and troubleshooting.
- Prepare and maintain production records, logs, and shift reports.
- Ensure compliance with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards.
- Supervise and guide operators and helpers in the shift.

**Required Skills**:

- Good understanding of chemical processes and plant operations.
- Knowledge of batch/continuous manufacturing systems.
- Hands-on experience with DCS/PLC systems is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Knowledge of ISO/GMP practices is a plus.

**Qualifications**:

- B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry OR Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
