**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and deliver **voice and accent training modules** for US and UK processes.
- Conduct **pre-assessments and post-assessments** to gauge training effectiveness.
- Provide **one-on-one coaching** for counsellors requiring additional support.
- Train teams on **cultural sensitivity**, **intonation patterns**, and **neutral accent usage**.
- Monitor the progress of trainees and share detailed feedback with management.
- Develop and update training content, call simulations, and practice scripts.
- Conduct **refresher sessions** and ongoing development programs for existing staff.
- Coordinate with quality teams to identify communication gaps and address them through targeted training.
- Stay up to date with language trends and regional dialect changes in the US and UK.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in **voice and accent training** for US/UK processes.
- Excellent command over English language with neutral accent.
- Strong knowledge of **phonetics**, **intonation**, **speech modulation**, and **cultural etiquette**.
- Prior experience training **B2C counsellors or sales teams** is a plus.
- Ability to conduct engaging training sessions both online and in-person.
- Certification in Voice & Accent or Soft Skills Training is an added advantage.
