Project: This deployment is for the construction phase of an existing hotel project in Goa.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting the document controller.
- Managing day-to-day administration of the document management system.
- Ensuring the efficient delivery of project requirements.
- Performing a comprehensive quality check on each document and associated documents, following the programme defined document protocols.
- Ensuring the team’s adherence to the processes and procedures and providing guidance when a deviation occurs.
- Performing periodic quality checks on the system registers.
- Supporting the team on routine and ad hoc project-wide assignments.
- Producing quantitative, status, and analysis reports.

About you

You will have a degree qualification and member of a professional body. You have experience in electronic document management of projects of similar nature. You have experience in compiling and managing document repositories and auditing.

You are digitally savvy and can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated teams. You will have experience delivering projects from start through to completion within a consultancy industry, and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
