**About the role**

As a **Partner Hub SOW Author**, you will prepare client facing documentation that outlines the specific deliverables that Insight will provide to our clients via 100% partner led projects. We will count on you to liaise with Service Partners to ensure that they provide accurate, detailed and timely information which can be used to create client facing documentation. Along the way, you will get to:

- Responsible for creating accurate client facing documentation from Service Partner provided information
- Responsible for ensuring technical concepts are accurately and concisely described and presented to clients in an accessible way
- Responsible for ensuring fundamental legal terms and conditions are flowed through the client facing documentation
- Proactively chase sales teammates in converting client documentation into Solution deliverables.

**What we’re looking for**
- Knowledge and understanding of a services delivery business
- Process driven with an excellent attention to detail and a working knowledge of ITIL areas
- Working knowledge of the core technology for supporting end users including Office 365 & modern ITSM tools
- Articulate, numerate and able to communicate well at all levels within Insight and Insight Clients
- Holds relevant professional IT qualification, accreditation and or certification (such as ITIL foundation level)
- A confident, outward-looking, proactive communicator
- Demonstrates an understanding of Insight’s Services portfolio and its capabilities
