**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively approach customers and assist them in finding the perfect clothing items for their children.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and sizing options.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to maximize sales opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Actively participate in promotional events, sales campaigns, and product launches to drive brand awareness and increase sales.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, including merchandise displays and fitting rooms.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals and foster a positive working environment.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the apparel industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Customer-focused mindset with a genuine desire to provide exceptional service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a keen eye for visual merchandising.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in using POS systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or retail management is a plus.
