**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop concepts and execute designs that align with the company’s branding and marketing strategies.
- Create visual elements such as logos, icons, and illustrations.
- Test graphics across various media and adapt designs to different formats.
- Ensure all graphics and layouts are visually appealing, consistent, and in line with the company’s brand guidelines.
- Stay updated with industry trends and tools to bring innovative design solutions.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Revise and edit designs based on feedback and critique.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, and color theory.
- Attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to present creative ideas.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with motion graphics and video editing.
- Familiarity with web design and user interface (UI) design.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and other web design tools.
- Experience with 3D design software such as Blender or Cinema 4D.
- Understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.

**How to Apply**:

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability
