**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit and produce high-quality video content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and online advertisements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and execute them through graphics and video.
- Ensure all graphics and video content align with the company’s branding guidelines and overall marketing strategy.
- Optimize graphics and video content for web and social media to ensure quick loading times and high performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Assist in brainstorming and ideation sessions for new marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Provide support in the creation of presentation materials and other marketing collateral as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphics Designer and Video Editor, preferably in a digital marketing environment.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative graphics and video projects.
- Excellent understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and typography.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate creative ideas effectively.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with motion graphics and animation.
- Knowledge of 3D design software such as Blender or Cinema 4D.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective graphic/video requirements.
- Understanding of SEO and content optimization for digital platforms.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
