Individually handle Packing Department.
- Manpower handling and give training to get effective productivity.
- Organized documentation of packing, quality reports and stock reports with data sheets.
- Timely fill-up day to day packing Reports and submit to Reporting Head.
- Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
- Supervise workers and monitor workflow to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Train new employees to use equipment properly and safely.
- Organize work assignments and set work schedules to keep lines running smoothly. Maintain clean and safe work spaces, ensuring employee are also mindful of safety at all times.
- Manage production flow, ensuring all standards are met.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
