We are looking for a meticulous and proactive individual to manage the image verification process of packed orders, ensuring accuracy with respect to the corresponding webpage listings. The role involves analyzing the technical aspects of B2B products and assessing the condition of items through images provided by the warehouse.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- ** Image Verification of Orders**: Verify the accuracy of packed orders by comparing them with the product details listed on the website.
- ** Technical Product Analysis**: Analyze the technical specifications and details of B2B products to ensure consistency and correctness in listings.
- ** Product Condition Evaluation**: Review and evaluate the condition of products through images shared by the warehouse to ensure they meet quality standards.
- ** Customer Return Evaluation**: Conduct detailed evaluations of customer returns, checking them against both verified and non-verified orders to determine the legitimacy of the return.
- ** Vendor Selection for Image Verification**: Identify and collaborate with suitable vendors to implement the image verification mandate for customer returns, ensuring smooth and accurate processing.
- ** Customer Complaint Resolution**: Address and resolve customer complaints within a specified turnaround time (TAT) of 48 hours, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- ** Reducing Dispatch Errors**: Work with vendors and mentor sellers to improve product catalogs, thereby reducing the number of wrong dispatch cases and enhancing overall accuracy.

**Desired Profile**:

- 1-2 years experience in catalog management, vendor support, customer support, or risk management.
- Graduate in any stream.
- Familiarity with e-commerce and its components
