**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and bank reconciliations.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders in a timely manner.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparation of financial statements.
- Conduct regular audits of financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions and proper allocation of expenses.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes as needed.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and standards, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Perform other ad hoc accounting tasks and projects as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in the retail sector.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
