**Key Responsibilities**:
**Industry Research**:Stay updated with the latest trends and job requirements in the IT industry.
Build and maintain relationships with IT companies, recruitment agencies, and other relevant stakeholders.

**Networking and Relationship Building**:Establish and nurture relationships with potential employers to create a robust network of hiring partners.
Attend industry events, job fairs, and networking sessions to promote our training programs and identify placement opportunities.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, placement services, or HR functions, preferably in the IT industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and networking abilities.
- Understanding of IT technologies, programming languages, and software development processes is a plus.
- Familiarity with resume screening techniques and interview processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
