**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide remote technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues via phone, chat, or remote access tools.
- Monitor systems for performance issues and security vulnerabilities.
- Assist with user account management, password resets, and access control.
- Document technical issues and solutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate complex problems and ensure timely resolution.
- Guide users through basic troubleshooting and provide training on common IT tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of IT support or helpdesk experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote desktop tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or RDP).
- Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and multitasking abilities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
