**Job Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and experienced **Commercial Insurance Agent** to join our team, specializing in providing insurance solutions for the **long haul trucking** industry. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business, managing existing accounts, and delivering tailored insurance packages that meet the unique needs of trucking companies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain relationships with trucking companies to understand their insurance needs.
- Provide customized commercial insurance solutions for long haul trucking businesses, including liability, cargo, and fleet coverage.
- Market and sell insurance products to new and existing clients.
- Prepare and present quotes, explain coverage options, and advise clients on risk management.
- Review and renew policies, ensuring timely adjustments based on changing client needs.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations affecting the trucking sector.
- Assist with claims and ensure prompt resolution to client issues.
- Meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in commercial insurance sales, preferably within the transportation or trucking industry.
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, including truckers’ liability, cargo insurance, and other fleet-related coverage.
- Ability to develop strong client relationships and understand their business needs.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in the trucking or logistics industry is a plus.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
