**About Us**:
Digital Gurukul is a leading name in digital education, empowering thousands of students across India with practical, industry-focused training. We are now launching a **Job Guarantee Program** at our Mira Road and Indore locations, offering individuals comprehensive digital marketing training with assured job placements.
We are looking for a passionate **Sales Executive** who can drive maximum enrollments and be a key player in achieving the organization’s revenue and growth goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales & Enrollments**:
- Promote the Job Guarantee Program to prospective students through online and offline channels.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads into successful enrollments.
- **Lead Management**:
- Organise Seminar/Webinar regularly to brief program details to students & their parents.
- Maintain an updated CRM of all leads and follow-ups.
- Conduct timely follow-ups to nurture leads and close sales.
- **Counseling**:
- Guide prospective students about the program features, benefits, and job guarantee.
- Understand student needs and recommend the most suitable program options.
- **Marketing Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns to generate leads and boost brand awareness.
- Participate in seminars, events, and workshops to represent the program and drive enrollments.
- **Reporting**:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to track progress and identify areas of improvement.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and market trends to refine the sales process.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Educational Background**: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the education sector.
- **Communication Skills**:
- Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi (additional regional languages like Marathi or Gujarati are a plus).
- Excellent presentation and persuasion skills.
- **Sales Acumen**: Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts is a bonus.
- **Personality Traits**:
- Proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
