As a Computer Operator / Office Administrator at our travel agency, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate or someone seeking to start their career in the travel industry. The primary responsibilities include handling administrative tasks, managing office equipment, and providing support to the team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Data Entry and Record Keeping**:Inputting and updating customer information, bookings, and other relevant data into the computer system.
Maintaining accurate records of travel itineraries, reservations, and customer details.

**Office Management**:Handling routine administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and organizing documents.
Coordinating office supplies, ensuring sufficient stock, and placing orders as needed.
Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Providing basic information on travel packages, services, and handling general customer queries.

**Assistance in Travel Bookings**:Assisting travel agents in creating and modifying travel itineraries.
Coordinating with airlines, hotels, and other service providers to confirm reservations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Recent graduate or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic understanding of the travel industry is a plus.
