**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Computer Operator to oversee and manage computer systems and networks, ensure smooth running of hardware and software operations, and assist with data entry, reporting, and system maintenance tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and control electronic computer and peripheral electronic data processing equipment to process business, scientific, engineering, and other data.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as backing up data, managing servers, and performing basic troubleshooting.
- Operate and maintain computer systems, including mainframes and personal computers.
- Manage scheduled jobs and processes to ensure they complete accurately and on time.
- Identify and resolve hardware, software, and system problems.
- Maintain logs of system operations, issues, and solutions.
- Assist with installation of new software and updates.
- Coordinate with IT teams for technical support and upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and data security protocols.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or degree in computer science or related field preferred.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience as a computer operator or similar role.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Familiarity with computer operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.)
- Knowledge of MS Office and data entry software
- Basic networking and troubleshooting skills
- **Soft Skills**:

- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Problem-solving ability
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,228.99 - ₹20,000.00 per month
