**Role Summary**:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced **Mathematics Faculty** to teach students of **Classes 8, 9, 10 (Foundation) and Classes 11, 12 (NEET / JEE aspirants)**. The faculty will be responsible for building a strong conceptual base in mathematics, aligning with competitive exam patterns, and inspiring students to excel.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach Mathematics for **Foundation (8th-10th)** and **JEE/NEET (11th-12th)** levels.
- Plan and deliver interactive, concept-focused sessions with practical problem-solving.
- Develop high-quality teaching material, assignments, and test papers.
- Monitor student performance and provide individual mentoring where required.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and encourage active student participation.
- Ensure syllabus coverage and prepare students for competitive exams & school boards.
- Coordinate with academic teams to improve teaching strategies and results.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of teaching experience in JEE/NEET/Foundation-level coaching.
- Excellent communication skills in **English and Tamil** (preferred for better student connect).

- Problem-solving and analytical approach.
- Time management and adaptability.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 11 months

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
