**Responsibilities**:

- Running company social media advertising campaigns.
- Formulating high-quality novel written and visual content for each social media campaign.
- Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.
- Monitoring the company's brands on social media.
- Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers.
- Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.
- Coaching employees company-wide on content creation best practices.
- Managing our online communities
- Contribute to the marketing strategy by leveraging social media to identify and acquire customers.
- Maintains research database by identifying trends

**Requirements**:

- Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, and social media advertising campaigns.
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Web Trends, SEM Rush, etc.)
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
- Experience in setting up ad campaigns on all major search engines.Position/ Position Type: Business Development Executive /Full Time position

In this role, you will be responsible for developing relationships with our clients, negotiating contracts and closing deals. We will rely on you to partner with our marketing department to conduct market research and develop a strategic business development plan.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for setting the long-term sales strategy to grow and develop the business across different trade channels within the Global market.
- This includes building a long-term sales and investment strategy for customers to deliver annual sales and profitability targets.
- Identify or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Examines potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financial data.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, business plans, and proposals.
- Increase the value of existing customers while attracting and retaining new customers.
- Build relationships with prospective clients
- Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
- Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
- Follow up with incoming leads via google ads and LinkedIn

**Requirements**:

- Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
- Extensive sales experience.
- Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
- Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
- Professional yet affable disposition.
- Neat, well-groomed appearance.
- Great networking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
- Emboldened by challenges.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
