**Roles And Duties**:
- Develop a thorough understanding of the bank's products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
- Identify and analyse customers' financial needs and recommend suitable banking solutions, including checking and savings accounts, loans and investment products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure their banking needs are met and to foster loyalty.
- Proactively follow up on leads, referrals, and customer inquiries to convert prospects into satisfied customers.
- Collaborate with other banking professionals, such as loan officers and financial advisors, to deliver comprehensive financial solutions to customers.
- Achieving sales targets while adhering to the company's policies and compliance standards.
**Requirements**:
- Proven track record of sales success in the banking, financial services, or related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with customers.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to effectively close sales deals.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
