We are looking for online JEE / NEET - Physics Faculty to join our dynamic team on freelance basis and embark on a rewarding career journey

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver high-quality physics lessons: Prepare and deliver engaging and effective lessons that cover the required physics syllabus for Foundation, JEE (Joint Entrance Examination), or NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) preparation. Ensure the lessons are tailored to the specific needs of the students.
- Teach fundamental physics concepts: Break down complex physics topics into simpler concepts and explain them in a clear and concise manner. Use various teaching methods, instructional materials, and visual aids to enhance students' understanding and retention.
- Facilitate problem-solving skills: Guide students in developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills required for Foundation, JEE, or NEET exams. Offer strategies, techniques, and practice materials to improve students' ability to analyze and solve physics problems accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct assessments and provide feedback: Administer regular assessments, such as quizzes, tests, and mock exams, to evaluate students' progress and identify areas of improvement. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students address their weaknesses and enhance their performance.
- Monitor student progress: Keep track of individual students' progress and identify those who may require additional support. Provide extra help and guidance to struggling students, offer extra practice materials, and conduct remedial sessions when necessary.
- Stay updated with curriculum changes: Stay abreast of the latest developments and changes in the Foundation, JEE, and NEET physics syllabus. Continuously update your knowledge and teaching strategies to ensure students are well-prepared for the exams.
- Foster a positive learning environment: Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel motivated, encouraged, and comfortable asking questions. Encourage student participation and engage in interactive discussions to promote active learning.

**QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT**
- Master's in Physics with Bachelor’s in Education.
- Previous experience in coaching students for JEE and NEET exams.
- In-depth knowledge of the JEE and NEET Physics syllabi and exam patterns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of successful coaching and producing high achievers in competitive exams.
- Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and educational technologies.

**Experience**: 2-3 Years

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: ₹250.00 - ₹500.00 per hour
