**Job Summary**:
The Digital Advertising & Analytics Strategist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our digital ad campaigns across platforms. This role requires a blend of creative strategy and data-driven decision-making to enhance SKSD’s brand presence and generate high-quality leads. You will also be instrumental in using analytics to inform strategies and fine-tune our campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Strategy & Execution**: Develop and manage paid ad campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms, creating high-impact strategies tailored to our luxury brand.
- **Audience Targeting & Segmentation**: Utilize data-driven insights to identify and segment target audiences, ensuring that ads reach the right people at the right time for optimal results.
- **Creative Collaboration**: Work with the content and creative teams to craft visually stunning and engaging ad creatives that captivate our target market, aligning with SKSD’s brand standards.
- **Performance Analysis & Optimization**: Monitor campaign performance in real-time, analyzing data to refine strategies, reallocate budgets, and implement adjustments for improved conversion rates.
- **A/B Testing & Experimentation**: Run A/B tests to assess different creative elements, targeting options, and ad formats, constantly innovating to find the most effective combinations.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Generate insightful reports to track KPIs, measure campaign success, and provide actionable recommendations based on analytics to enhance future strategies.
- **Budget Management**: Efficiently manage and optimize ad spend, ensuring we achieve maximum impact within budget while meeting business objectives.
- **Market Trends & Competitive Analysis**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging digital advertising opportunities to keep SKSD ahead of the curve.
- **Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)**: Work alongside the web and design teams to ensure ad traffic is converted effectively on landing pages and other digital touchpoints.

**Qualifications**:

- **Analytical Expertise**: Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms and tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other tracking systems.
- **Creative & Strategic Mindset**: Ability to combine creativity with strategic thinking to develop campaigns that resonate with luxury audiences and drive results.
- **Proven Experience**: Demonstrated success in managing ad campaigns with measurable results, especially in high-end or luxury markets.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with various ad formats, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques across Google, social media, and other advertising channels.
