**Responsibilities**:

- **Product Knowledge**: Assist customers in understanding product details, features, and benefits, guiding them to make informed purchase decisions.
- **Issue Resolution**: Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Order Management**: Assist customers with order tracking, returns, and exchanges, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process.
- **Feedback and Reporting**: Gather customer feedback, identify trends, and share insights with the team to enhance service quality.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments (sales, logistics, etc.) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- **Follow-Up**: Ensure that all customer issues are fully resolved, following up when necessary to maintain customer satisfaction.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 2-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer issues and offer appropriate solutions.
- **Multitasking**: Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously while maintaining high service quality.
- **Patience & Empathy**: Ability to listen to customers, empathize with their concerns, and offer thoughtful solutions.
