**Role & Responsibility -**

1. Ability to manage a profit Center, Optimize revenue, sales & marketing orientation, asset utilization, good in administration, & delivery management

2. Liaising with the local Bodies, Associates, Key Brand visibility, Location owners, Institute Heads, NGO and the community to maintain positive energies. Mass/Group/ individual counselling at different places of city/ Distt such as villages, Residence, Hubs, Schools etc.

3. Implement & Review processes, take care of the education center, students& team members with high quality standards. Create methodologies & metric based on business requirements, dynamics reengineering, and review implementation & take corrective action

4. Slippage & leakage control in education delivery; deliver good quality education in the center and ensure students placements and create customer delight

5. HO level functional follow-ups, coordination, closure of operating issues to run smooth center operations

6. Responsible for Team Training, Development, Engagement & Growth, Control attrition in the team.

7. Will be responsible for Mobilization8Able to track competition/market, analysis & feedback to HO for new products

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
