**Quality Control and Packaging**

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- **Inspect Finished Products**: Carefully examine items to ensure they meet our quality standards, checking for accuracy in design, color, placement, registration mark, post press works etc.
- **Count and Verify Orders**: Accurately count finished products to ensure orders are complete and ready for shipment.
- **Support Production**: Assist production workers by performing additional tasks, such as supplying materials and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- **Packaging**: Package products carefully and efficiently, ensuring that each item is ready for safe transport to customers.
- **Equipment Handling**: Utilize tools and equipment safely and efficiently to support quality control and packaging tasks.
- **Documentation**: Record inspection results and report any defects or issues to the Quality Assurance Manager to ensure corrective actions are taken.
- **Collaboration**: Communicate effectively with production manager and team members to ensure a smooth workflow and maintain high-quality standards.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in quality control, inspection, or packaging roles is preferred but not required.
- **Attention to Detail**: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify even the smallest imperfections.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal communication skills for effectively interacting with team members and supervisors.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a commitment to quality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
