As a Performance Marketer at Project Nirvana, you will play a key role in driving growth and maximizing ROI through strategic digital marketing initiatives. From leveraging data insights to optimizing ad campaigns, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms.
- Utilize Google Analytics to track and analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Create and implement UTM parameters to track campaign effectiveness and attribution accurately.
- Set up events in events manager to capture and analyze user interactions and behavior.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging that resonate with our target audience.
- Monitor campaign budgets, pacing, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to continuously improve campaign performance and efficiency.

**Must-Have Skills**:

- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and Google Ads. (Must-Have)
- Ability to create and implement UTM parameters effectively.
- Experience in setting up events in events manager.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience in Digital marketing or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any related field or Relevant experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in running multiple ad campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively

across teams.
- Creative thinking with a focus on driving results and achieving objectives.
