**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers for lead generation, sales, and follow-ups.
- Handle inbound calls, answer queries, and provide information regarding products/services.
- Maintain a positive attitude and engage with customers effectively to build relationships and trust.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.
- Meet personal and team targets for call volume, conversion rate, and sales performance.
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services when appropriate.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed.
- Follow up with customers after initial contact to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends to effectively address customer inquiries.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using CRM software.
- High school diploma; a degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Previous experience in sales or customer service.
- Ability to speak additional languages (preferred but not required).
- Good listening skills and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
