**About Company**: Bhaichung Bhutia Football Schools (BBFS), founded in 2010 by the renowned Indian footballer Bhaichung Bhutia, is a premier football academy in India dedicated to nurturing young talent and promoting the sport at the grassroots level. With training centers across major cities like Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore, BBFS offers a range of programs for different age groups, incorporating international training methodologies designed by experienced coaches. **About Internship**: The intern is wholly responsible for the training and organizational activities at a BBFS Football training center. The position requires a natural leader with multiple skills and, most importantly, a feeling that "I am part of BBFS and BBFS is a part of me" and one who takes it upon himself/herself to maintain the overall quality of activities as per BBFS standards. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Leading the team of coaches, medics, grounds-men, etc. at a center 2. Being in charge of any off-field issues that the coaches have and being the first point of contact in case any coach has any concerns with regards to his work in BBFS 3. Ensuring that regular kids renew memberships promptly If anyone is absent for consecutively 3 days, he should call and ask the reason for absence from training with the parents 4. Conducting Offline marketing activities for brand awareness and lead generation. 5. Ensuring Center Financial Health 6. Coordinating with partners and vendors for smooth operations. Note: As the intern (Center Head), you are the face of BBFS and you are the impression the parent has of BBFS. Communicating crucial information from BBFS and handling day-to-day queries will be your role towards the parents. **Job Type**: Internship Contract length: 3 months Pay: Up to ₹7,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
