Home Care Nursing Duties
- **Patient Visits and Monitoring**: Conduct regular visits to assess patient conditions and monitor vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse rate, and oxygen levels14.
- **Medication Management**: Administer medications as prescribed, ensuring adherence to treatment regimens, and educate patients and families about potential side effects12.
- **Wound Care and Medical Treatments**: Provide wound care, manage medical equipment (e.g., ventilators), and perform necessary medical procedures12.
- **Care Coordination**: Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans38.

Critical Care Responsibilities
- **Emergency Response**: Respond swiftly to medical emergencies, performing CPR or other life-saving interventions when necessary36.
- **Patient Assessment**: Regularly assess patients' conditions, documenting any changes and communicating them promptly to the medical team36.
- **Family Education**: Educate patients' families about care plans and provide emotional support during critical situations36.

Emotional and Psychological Support
- **Emotional Support**: Offer emotional support to patients and their families, addressing concerns and providing encouragement throughout the care process12.
- **Home Safety Assessment**: Evaluate the home environment for safety hazards and recommend modifications to enhance patient safety1.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Must possess a GNM/BSc in nursing or a related field.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in home care or critical care nursing is preferred.
- **Skills**: Strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, compassion, and empathy are essential traits for this role.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
