**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our products/services.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.
- Collaborate with the sales team to devise effective sales strategies.
- Follow up on leads generated by marketing efforts to convert them into sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection positively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.

**Shift;**

Day Shift Only: 10am
- 7pm - Female.
