**Job Title**: Social Media & AI Creative Intern

**Location**: On-site
**Duration**: 3-6 months, extendable based on performance
**Stipend**: 2000-8000 (additional bonus based on performance)

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **AI Graphics & Video Development**:

- Use AI tools (e.g., MidJourney, Runway, Stable Diffusion, Pika Labs, etc.) to create high-quality visuals, reels, and short-form videos.
- Edit and enhance videos with subtitles, branding, and effects tailored for social media.
- Stay updated with the latest AI design and video trends to create fresh, engaging content.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Manage daily posting on Instagram, YouTube (Shorts), and Facebook.
- Optimize content for platform-specific reach and engagement.
- Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments/messages, and suggest content improvements.
- Collaborate with the team to align posts with campaigns and brand strategy.

**Requirements**:

- Strong interest in **AI tools, graphic design, and video editing**.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook) and trends.
- Basic knowledge of design/video software (Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Good communication and time management skills.
