Position: - Recruiter/ Sr. Recruiter
Experience - 0.5 year -5 year

Roles & Responsibilities
- Use multi channel approaches in recruitment sourcing as required.
- ‌Hiring based on organization set goals and use best practices of industry.
- ‌Manage end to end recruitment cycle
- ‌Sourcing & pre-screening to identify right talent as per clients need.
- ‌Pre & post offer follow-ups including salary negotiations, document collection, onboarding(joining).
- ‌Maintaining trackers & reports.

Key Skill:

- Recruiting, Sourcing, English Communication, MS-Excel.
Qualification:

- Any Graduate/ Post Graduate
**Job Location - BR-26, Sector 116, Noida - 201305**
Timings - 9:30am to 6pm
2 Saturdays off(Alternate)
**“Full Time Office Job”**

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
