Job Description IT Recruiter (US Hiring)

Position: IT Recruiter / US Recruiter
Work Location: India (Remote / Onsite)
Experience: 2-5 years

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Recruiter with excellent communication skills to join our team in India. The recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for US-based positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates through the hiring process. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic planning, resource management, and end-to-end hiring for US positions, ensuring optimum utilization of resources while delivering quality talent.

Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and closing candidates for US roles.
  • Conduct initial interviews (telephonic/video) to assess communication, technical fit, and availability.
  • Manage recruitment for multiple industries including IT, healthcare, engineering, and scientific fields.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver top-quality candidates within deadlines.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels: networking, referrals, resume databases, LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice, Indeed, ZipRecruiter.
  • Post job advertisements, build pipelines, and maintain candidate relationships for future requirements.
  • Drive strategic workforce planning, ensuring scalability and efficiency in recruitment processes.
  • Conduct salary negotiations and ensure successful onboarding of candidates.
  • Mentor and train junior recruiters, ensuring knowledge transfer and replicating success factors.
  • Work in alignment with US time zones to support business and client delivery.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on US recruitment experience across multiple domains.
  • Expertise in sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CB, Indeed, ZipRecruiter).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with proven ability to build relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a high-performance team.
