Salary : 25000/- to 30000/- Per month

Roles and ResponsibiliƟ es:
Responsibilities that are carried out by a civil site supervisor include making orders for building supplies,

scheduling equipment maintenance as needed, training new construction employees, and performing first aid

in emergencies when required.

A civil site supervisor must also ensure that he/she maintains safety and legality by ensuring that the works

that are being carried out are structurally sound.

A civil site supervisor typically performs the responsibilities:

- Inspecting construction site occasionally to identify and remove potential safety hazards
- Overseeing, managing, and instructing the construction team, as well as contractors and

subcontractors
- Enlightening site workers on construction safety regulations and guidelines, and accident protocol
- Keeping and maintaining an accurate and up-to-date record of construction employee attendance
- Monitoring and assessing the performance of construction employees and implementing disciplinary

measures as required
- Examining and analyzing blueprints to make sure that construction projects are in strict compliance

with design, safety, and budget specifications
- Maintains safety and legality by ensuring that the works that are being carried out are structurally

sound
- Recommending and/or suggesƟ ng changes to construcƟ on operaƟ ons to procedures to boost

effiffifficiency.
- Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean by monitoring if the resources are uƟ lized

fully.
- Supervise if the people on site are working according to the plan.
- Taking site measurements.
- overcome site issue.
- Adhere to the material management.
- Timely compleƟ on of sites
- NegoƟ aƟ ng with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.
- Ability to plan the work and communicate the same to the workers.
- Regular site visit to monitor the project progress.
- Knowledge of reading drawings, taking measurements in inches and Mm, AnalyƟ cal thinking,

punching the order in the factory, verifying the material with the vendors, - Problem solving capacity,

work orientated and communicaƟ on abiliƟ es with workers.
- Preparing daily reports of work of each site and updaƟ ng the same to the clients.

Prerequisites: Good communicaƟ on Skills, Expert with Excel, numbers

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
