JOB DESCRIPTION FOR LEGAL

Required Experience
- 5 to 6 years

What we are looking for:
2. Understanding of Court Procedures and departmental work;
3. In depth knowledge of Maharashtra Public Trust Act, Indian Trust Act and matters filed in Charity Commissioners’ office;
4. To maintain MIS, minutes books, Board Resolution, compliance related to Trusts.

5. To attend the Court/Tribunal/quasi judicial matters

6. To co-ordinate with Legal Counsels, Law Firms and lawyers on the matters related to Trust, acquisition or arrangement matters and ensure timely follow up and closure.

7. Reporting to the Management and Head Legal;
8. Co-ordination with inter departments in the Organization

9. Ensuring proper compliance and following procedure as regards properly conducting Meetings of Trusts and election meetings of Trusts.

10.Liasioning with the Government authorities as and when required by the management.

11. Drafting, Vetting, Reviewing, managing various Documents, Contracts, Agreements viz: -Memorandum of Understanding, Terms of Settlement, Legal Documents including Lease Deed, Trust Deed, Letter of Intent, Agreement to Lease, Sale Deed, Agreement to Sale, Leave and License Agreement, Service Level Contracts, IT Contracts, Marketing Contracts, Admin Contracts, Projects Contracts, Non-Disclosure Agreement, Power of Attorney, Vendor Agreements, Procurement contracts viz Agreements for Security Personnel, Housekeeping, Cafeteria, Outsourcing Agreements, Notices etc. as required by the Management and with the necessary directions from Head Legal.

12. Drafting of all commercial and legal documents to ensure that they are in accordance with the corresponding laws and keeping in mind the interest of the Organization. Qualification:

- Law Graduate with effective communication and interpersonal skills

Office Location: Malad East.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
