1. **Handling Inbound & Outbound Calls**
- Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups, surveys, or sales purposes.
- Maintain call quality standards.

2. **Customer Support / Issue Resolution**
- Understand customer issues and provide accurate information or solutions.
- Escalate unresolved queries to higher levels as per protocols.
- Document interactions and resolutions clearly.

3. **Sales (If Applicable)**
- Explain product or service features.
- Handle objections and convert leads into sales (for sales process roles).
- Upsell or cross-sell products/services.

4. **Data Entry and CRM Updates**
- Maintain and update customer information in the system.
- Log call details and track case statuses properly.

5. **Adherence to Scripts and Compliance**
- Follow company-approved scripts and procedures.
- Comply with data privacy regulations and internal policies.
- Ensure calls meet US-based customer service standards (like TCPA compliance if outbound).

6. **Communication Skills**
- Speak clearly with a neutral or US-accented tone if required.
- Exhibit empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Handle irate or difficult customers calmly and effectively.

7. **Shift and Time Zone Alignment**
- Work in US time zones (usually night shifts for employees based outside the US).
- Be punctual and maintain attendance.

**Skills Required**:

- **Excellent English communication (verbal and listening).**:

- Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
- Willingness to work in night shifts or rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
