As a Financial Controller you will be a key player of fast growing global Finance Shared Services department providing accounting services for all KK Wind Solutions entities. On a daily basis you will be responsible for performing General Ledger and Financial Controlling activities and actively participate in various projects within Finance area.
You will be working from our City Centre Office in Szczecin (we offer hybrid work).

**Key responsibilities**:

- Performing General Ledger tasks (Fixed assets accounting, Accruals, Prepaids, Payroll processing, Journal Entries, Month-end and year-end closing activities)
- Intercompany global recharges and intercompany reconciliation for the Group
- Analysing financial data and preparing accounts reconciliation
- Preparing financial reports
- Monitoring internal controls
- Coordinating internal and external audit processes
- Identifying and solving cross-process issues (PtP, OtC, T&E)
- Streamlining accounting operations, recommending and implementing process improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Master’s degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Proven experience in Financial Accounting (more than 5 years), preferably in production company
- Analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Problem solving skills
- Solid knowledge of accounting fundamentals
- Proficiency in accounting software (DAX/D365 nice to have)
- English at professional level.
