**Position Summary**

This position will be responsible for arranging Digital Literacy courses such as Basic Computers, Graphics Designing, Web Designing, 3D Printing (Work in Progress), etc. to the Day schools as well as Night School Students. IT Trainer team need to coordinate with partners like other NGO’s to provide courses to the Day school students for which some amount is charged to these NGO’s. For the Night School Students, the courses are for free.

**Kay Accountabilities**
- To make sure training is conducted as per scheduled batches
- Documentation of the process, sessions, reports, pictures and presentation of the same to reporting manager on time.
- To check Videos of US school students and our school students are edited properly by trainers
- Interaction with students and guide them for technical knowledge
- Coordinate with finance team for budget related things for IT team.
- Build relationships with Teachers, Head Masters through constant interaction
- Oversee the design and implementation of quality training is given by trainers
- To create and discuss the training plans with trainers and should implement accordingly

**Job Specification**:

- Domain knowledge in education.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities including planning, delegating, development and task facilitation.

**Salary**: Up to ₹540,000.00 per year
